In concert with good personal privacy and data distribution practice, Land Titles will only provide registered owner name and address information by individual land title search or to those who meet the qualifications as legislated by the Land Titles Act Name Search Regulation.

Land Titles uses a variety of security technologies and procedures to help protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. For example, Land Titles stores the personal information provided for maintaining a user account on computer systems with highly restricted access. These computer systems are also physically located in access-controlled facilities. When Land Titles transmits confidential information over the Internet, it is protected through the use of encryption, such as the Transport Layer Security (TLS) protocol.
